A not for profit Company limited by shares under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, VKC Foundation is a sister concern of Verendra Kalra & Co. involved in philanthropic  activities. The objects of the Company range from promoting education, providing medical relief, preservation of the environment and other incidental activities.

The Company has been granted the registration under Section 12(AA) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 vide certificate dated 03.08.2017 and registration number 778/222SA/17-18. The Company has also been granted approval under section 80G of the same act vide order number 2016-17/OL1001 dated 08.03.2018.

VKC Foundation is involved in number of activities for promoting education for girls and donates for various causes of national importance.
