Komal qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2019 and is working with VKC as an Associate. Hailing from Dehradun, she holds a Masters Degree in Commerce from Sri Dev Suman university. She’s the firm lead in handling search cases and scrutiny assessment. In addition to this, her job profile includes tax audit reviews, filing and representation of appeals before the tax authorities, catering to notices and enquiries by the Department.

Komal’s trifecta of hard work, organizational skills and professional expertise in search and appeals field provides an essential foundation for grounding her role in the Direct Tax team. She is dedicated and result oriented and has an innate ability to recognize trends and adapt to changing  tax landscapes. She over the years has developed expertise in domestic taxation and has helped clients in various tax compliances. She has handled scrutiny assignments of various client, which includes renowned manufacturing, real estate, professionals, etc.

She also provides valuable assistance to the internal verticals within the organization on direct tax advisory and compliances.
