Isha Chhabra is Partner with VKC since 2016 and leads the Corporate Law vertical at Verendra Kalra & Co. She started her journey with VKC in 2006 when she joined the firm for her internship, qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2009 and has continued her career in the firm since then. She handles multiple responsibilities in areas such as Assurance and Income Tax domains along with heading the Corporate Law team.  Over the years, she has developed expertise  in Corporate Secretarial compliances applicable to Private limited and Public Limited Company, formation of Companies and Limited Liability Partnerships, Conversions of Firms into LLP, Private Limited Company into LLP, company takeovers, mergers and amalgamations, certifications pertaining to various corporate laws and representation before various statutory authorities. With more than 14 years of experience behind her, she has not only gained expert knowledge of the Companies Act but also provides valuable guidance to clients on setting up of trusts, superannuation funds, etc.

She is a confident public speaker and has been playing a vital role in the office study circle presentations. She is altruistic and works well with other people. Being both a good learner and a constant improviser has helped her evolve her leadership role over the years.

Spending time with the family, travelling, exploring new places and cooking are the other things, besides her profession, which she enjoys the most.
